DuraCoat is a two part chemical coating with hardener. DuraCoat’s combination of elasticity and hardness creates a finish impervious to impact, scratching, and the elements.

The parts of your firearm that are DuraCoated become corrosion PROOF, not just resistant. Unlike other firearm finishes, DuraCoat was created specifically for firearms, but because of its durability and resistance to corrosion, it is also used in many marine applications.

DuraCoat is NOT a dipping process , it is sprayed using HVLP spray technology, and when applied properly is a PERMANENT finish that will last forever. If you do not want a permanent coating that will last forever, prohibit corrosion, extend the life of your firearm, and just make it completely AWESOME… DuraCoat is probably not for you.

DuraCoat will withstand temperatures from 500 to 600 Degrees F. If you like to “BLAZE”, no worries, our DuraHeat product is virtually identical to DuraCoat except that it can withstand temperatures of up to 1800 Degrees F. There are many, many …did I say many? colors and patterns to choose from. You can also go with the clear coat only if you just want the protection that DuraCoat provides.
